Bischoff.no is a personal blog kept alive by Eirik Anfinsen, a PhD fellow at the Department of Social Anthropology, University of Oslo.
I am/will be using this blog as a place for thinking publicly, sharing thoughts and ideas related to my research (something I’ll get back to in a post later on), updating friends and family on my health and welfare during fieldwork, venting frustrations, and other unimportant things. At least this is what it is supposed to be – a semi-personal anthropology related blog, supposed to be somewhat related to my daily business: Ghana, oil, natural resources, anthropology, etc etc.
I’ll try to keep it somewhat interesting. If not, the whole point of the blog is gone. If things turn superficious, uninteresting and plain stupid, please let me know (I’ve taken care of situations like that before).
Eirik
PS! Why Bischoff? My second first-name (yep) is Bischoff. It originates from Switzerland.
